Dozens went to Parc Sans Soucci for the second annual Seed Scatter.

The event is a fundraiser for Seeds to Success which helps kids aging out of foster care.

A seed scatter is known as a raffle with a spectacle where people drop a stress ball off a high place and the one who makes it closest to the bulls eye wins a prize.

They also held a silent auction, snacks for sale and lots of activities for children.

“When kids age out of foster care 70% end up in trouble, in jail, on drugs, homeless, bad stuff so we just wanna provide them with some place to go to transition into adulthood because nobody is ready at 18 to be on their own.” said Chere Breaux, Executive Director of Seeds To Success.
